5 tbsp Pure Mountain Oil

Directions

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and add the onion and pepper. Fry until soft, then add the garlic and chilies. Fry for a further minute then add 1 tbsp paprika, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, and 1 tsp freshly ground pepper. Season with salt.
