Ingredients

5 tbsp Pure Mountain Oil
1 onion
1 Pepper
2 Garlic cloves
1 Chili
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Chili flakes,
1 Tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

Heat the Pure Mountain Canola oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and add the onion and pepper. Fry until soft, then add the garlic and chilies. Fry for a further minute then add 1 tbsp paprika, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, and 1 tsp freshly ground pepper. Season with salt.
