Pure Mountain Crispy Garlic and Chili Hassleback Potatoes with Chives

Ingredients

12 - 15 small potatoes, washed

12 garlic cloves, peeled & smashed

2 tablespoons Mountain Chili Oil

1 teaspoon rock salt

Handful grated cheese

Freshly chopped chives
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Hold each potato & slice from one end to another in 1/2 cm intervals, about halfway through. Toss in garlic cloves, chili oil, cheese, and rock salt.
2. Bake for about 30 minutes till potatoes have cooked through, have browned, and are crispy. Garnish with freshly chopped chives, rock salt, black pepper & serve.
