2 cups baby spinach, washed and dry
1/2 cup peaches / nectarines, sliced and grilled
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon chopped pistachios, toasted
100g feta, crumbled
Handful fresh basil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Pure Mountain Raspberry Dressing

Directions

1. Plate baby spinach followed by grilled peach slices, raspberries & blueberries. Sprinkle crumbled feta and top with pumpkin & pistachios. Garnish with fresh basil, freshly ground black pepper, salt & drizzle generously with Mountain raspberry dressing.
