2 tbsp Pure Mountain Oil
2 cups of boiled lupins
250g minced meat
1 large carrot
1 large red onion
1 large tomato
3 cloves of garlic Red/yellow/green bell peppers Mixed spices


In a hot pan, add cooking oil and onions and fry till golden brown.

Add minced meat, stir until it is evenly cooked, and then add in the diced tomatoes, carrots, and the bell peppers.

Let the veggies simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add in the lupins and stir before adding a cup of water or more depending on how much gravy you prefer.

Leave to simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
