Pure Mountain Lupin snacks

Ingredients
pre-soaked lupin beans (soak for 8hrs or preferably overnight)
seasoning - Paprika, garam masala, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
chilli infused oil for flavour
Directions
Boil the pre-soaked lupins for 40 minutes, drain the water once done, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
1. In a pan, heat the chili-infused oil then add the lupins.
2. Fry for 5-7 minutes while adding the seasoning spices. Toss to make sure the seasoning is well spread.
3. Transfer the lupins to an oven tray and roast for 20 to 25min or until browned.
TIP: Turn off the oven and leave beans in for 5 to 10 minutes or until as crisp as you like.
After roasting, feel free to add any other seasoning you’d like or squeeze some lemon and enjoy.
NOTE
You can use an air fryer as well for this. The cook time is the same :)
