Pure Mountain Mini Chocolate Fondant Pots

Ingredients
85g all-purpose flour
185g Mountain Canola Oil
185g dark chocolate
60g milk chocolate
250g brown sugar
3 eggs
Icing sugar for dusting
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 185 degrees Celsius and prepare preferred cake tin / individual molds by brushing lightly with oil.
2. Melt dark & milk chocolate with the oil until smooth. Add brown sugar & eggs and whisk for 2 minutes until smooth. Add flour and whisk for a further minute or so. Pour and bake for 20-25 minutes.
3. Dust with icing sugar & serve immediately.
