Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Pure Mountain Canola oil
3/4 cup warm water

Directions

1. Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, dried herbs and garlic powder together in a large bowl. Add the water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and combine with flour mixture. Pour onto floured surface, starting to knead the dough. If it’s too sticky, add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time until dough is formed, springy and elastic to touch (you shouldn’t need more than 1 – 2 tablespoons). Brush with remaining olive oil and place in a clean bowl.

2. Cover with a cloth and allow to rise in a warm space for at least 30 minutes or until dough has doubled. If you are not using the dough on the same day, cover in cling film and refrigerate.

3. To make pizza bases, roll out on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness. Using a fork, make holes in the base to allow hot air to release. Top with toppings and bake for 15 minutes or so till cooked and crisp.

4. Drizzle Pure Mountain Honey Balsamic dressing over the pizza
