Pure Mountain Oat & Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour
4 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup sugar
1 cup Pure Mountain Canola Oil
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease baking loaf tin.
2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda bicarbonate & cinnamon together and mix.
3. Add bananas, canola oil, eggs, chopped walnuts, Greek yogurt and whip to mix. Add vinegar and whip till fluffy. Pour into baking loaf tin and sprinkle oats over the loaf.
4. Bake for 40 minutes until browned and cooked. Allow to cool before slicing.
