Pure Mountain Split Green Pea Curry

Ingredients
1 cup Pure Mountain split green peas (uncooked)
2 tbsp Pure Mountain Canola oil
1 cup chopped French beans
1 cup chopped kale
½ cup chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 sliced garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat a pot over medium heat and add some canola oil.

Add onions and cumin seeds and cook for about a minute, then add the garlic.

Add tomatoes and carrots then add the rest of the spices and cook. Don’t let the carrots and tomatoes cook too much

Add the uncooked split green peas and enough water to cover them and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

As soon as the peas start to soften, add the chopped French beans and kale and let those soften for about 15 more minutes.

Serve hot as it is or with some rice, chapati, or wraps. Enjoy!
