Pre Cooking tips
1. Soak 1 cup of dried chickpeas in 4 cups of water with 1 teaspoon of salt for 8 hours at room temperature
2. Drain and rinse
3. Boil for 40 minutes
Tip – Lupins HOLD their crunch they do not go soft so don’t keep cooking them, waiting for them to get soft.Â

Great for use in curries, soups, stews, salad and dips.
